1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with SultanZ Foods — whether through our website, WhatsApp, social media, or any other sales channel — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.

2. About SultanZ Foods

SultanZ Foods is a Pakistan-based brand specializing in the sale and delivery of fresh, certified organic mangoes packaged in 5kg wooden boxes. We deliver to customers across Pakistan through our logistics network.

3. Products

  • All mangoes sold by SultanZ Foods are organically grown and sourced directly from trusted farms across Pakistan.
  • Product availability is seasonal. SultanZ Foods reserves the right to suspend sales outside of the mango season or when stock is unavailable.
  • The 5kg wooden box is our standard unit of sale. Actual weight may vary slightly due to the natural nature of fresh produce, within an acceptable tolerance.
  • Product images shown on any of our platforms are for illustrative purposes only. Natural variations in color, size, and shape are expected with organic fruit.

4. Ordering

  • Orders can be placed through our official website, WhatsApp, or any authorized sales channel.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided — including your name, delivery address, and contact number — is accurate and complete.
  • SultanZ Foods reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability of stock.
  • A confirmation message will be sent upon successful placement of your order.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one confirmed at the time of placing the order.
  • We accept the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfer.
  • Payments must be completed as agreed at the time of ordering. Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.
